First Term Success at Bestwood Village School!

Our first-ever term has been a fantastic journey with our wonderful 14 students settling in and thriving! They’ve embraced every part of school life, from our engaging Forest School and enrichment activities to making great strides with their learning goals on Evidence for Learning.

We wrapped up the busy term with a special movie afternoon and a spooky Halloween Party—fun was had by all, staff and students alike!

As a parting gift and an exciting half-term project, each student adopted their very own Berty Bestwood Bear! Berty will be their special companion for adventures, and students will email updates on his travels to keep everyone at school in the loop. We already heard from Oliver Howard, who took his Berty to Smiths Toys to meet other bears before heading out on a bear picnic!
